Sketching at concerts is always a challenge — the lighting is dim, the space is tight, and people around may find it strange that you’re drawing instead of just listening. You need to adjust quickly to the uncomfortable conditions and accept the awkwardness of sketching in public.
But once you let go and follow the rhythm, something magical happens — the energy of the music and the movement around you flow directly into the lines and colors. Every sketch becomes a reflection of the sound and atmosphere, always unexpected, always alive.
And sometimes, if I’m brave enough, I even manage to get a few autographs on my sketch!
